2. Field-work and chemical compliance
If your trade involves chemical, pesticide, or other regulated applications, you must hold all required licenses and follow all product label directions, safety data, and applicable laws. The Services' logs and calculators are tools only and do not authorize, direct, or verify any application. You are solely responsible for lawful, safe field work.
3. Your responsibility for your team and End Customers
You are responsible for the acts and omissions of anyone who uses the Services through your account and for ensuring your team complies with this AUP.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we deem appropriate. We may report unlawful activity to authorities. We are not liable for any action taken in good faith to enforce this AUP.
5. Reporting
Report suspected violations or abuse to info@falcontech.io.
